The Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of China in Khartoum visit the Khartoum International Institute of the Arabic Language
Professor Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Naim, Director of the Khartoum International Institute for the Arabic Language (affiliated with ALECSO), received this morning, 3/26/2023 AD, His Excellency Mr. Khang Khiwa, Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of China to the Republic of Sudan. His Excellency congratulated the Institute on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and inspected the progress of the training course organized by the Institute for students of Chinese universities, funded by the headquarters country, the Republic of Sudan. His Excellency toured the institute, expressing his appreciation for the message provided by ALECSO, represented by the Khartoum Institute, in teaching the Arabic language, and the grants that the organization provides annually to the Republic of China.
Mr. Khang stressed his keenness to develop the relationship with the institute and contribute to the development of modern educational technologies.
The Director of the Institute thanked the Deputy Ambassador for this important visit.
ALECSO participates in the Forum of Arabic Language Teaching Institutions Abroad
This Monday morning, 3/13/2023, at the headquarters of the King Salman International Academy for the Arabic Language, the Forum of Arabic Language Teaching Institutions Abroad was opened. His Excellency Professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Washmi, Secretary-General of the Academy, welcomed the participants from regional and international organizations and Arabic language teaching institutions from various countries of the world, for the purpose of exchanging Experiences in teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers and working to develop it.
Professor Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Naim, Director of the Khartoum Institute, representative of ALECSO at the forum, presented a paper on the efforts of the Arab League Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization in teaching the Arabic language and promoting its use. He conveyed to the attendees the greetings of His Excellency the Director General of ALECSO, Professor Dr. Mohamed Ould Omar. The ALECSO experience was appreciated by the attendees and enjoyed a fruitful discussion.
The Khartoum International Institute of the Arabic Language holds the World Arab Scientific Forum in celebration of the International Arabic Language Day
Today, Tuesday, December 13, 2022 AD, the International Arab Scientific Forum was held at the Khartoum International Institute for the Arabic Language, which was organized to celebrate the International Arabic Language Day, which came this year under the slogan “Language and Identity. “
The meeting was opened with a speech by His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ould Omar, Director General of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization. His Excellency saluted the scholars who ran the Institute and thanked the Institute for its role in spreading and teaching the Arabic language, praising the importance of the forum and the topics it covers.
His Excellency the Director of the Institute, Prof. Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Naim, thanked His Excellency the Director General for his interest and sponsorship of the Institute’s activities that serve the Arabic language, teaching and disseminating it. He also thanked the presenters of the two papers, their commentators, and the attendees from inside and outside Sudan.
The forum discussed two scientific papers. The first paper was presented by Prof. Dr. Omar Al-Siddiq Abdullah, a former expert and professor at the institute, and it was entitled: The role of cultural content in programs teaching Arabic as a second language in spreading Arab-Islamic culture. The second paper was presented by Dr. Siddig Adam Barakat, the expert academic supervisor at the institute, which was titled: The identity of the Arabic language teacher to non-native speakers and its impact on his professional performance.
The two papers were commented on by distinguished professors and experts in the field, including Prof. Dr. Bakri Muhammad Al-Hajj, President of the Arabic Language Academy in Sudan, Prof. Dr. Khaled bin Suleiman Al-Qawsi from the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Academy for the Arabic Language (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), and Prof. Dr. Khaled Hassan Abdullah from Omar Musa University (Nigeria), and Dr. Weiqi Rong (Raghda Nour) from the University of International Studies in Beijing (China), and Dr. Nasruddin Idris Jawhar from State Islamic University (Indonesia).
The forum was attended by a large group of scholars and researchers, in addition to a number of graduates of the institute from around the world. They joined the meeting in Sphere via the electronic platform of the Khartoum International Institute for the Arabic Language.
In joint cooperation between the Khartoum International Institute for the Arabic Language, the International University of Africa, ISESCO, and the Islamic Development Bank in Jeddah (opening a training course for the Institute’s students in writing languages in the regular Arabic script)
Today, Monday, October 31, 2022, at the Khartoum International Institute for the Arabic Language, affiliated with the Arab Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO), a training course was organized for the Institute’s students in writing languages in the regular Arabic script . This course was organized in joint coordination between the Institute and the International University of Africa (Professor Yusuf Al-Khalifa Abu Bakr Institute for Writing Islamic Peoples Languages in Arabic Letter, ISESCO, and the Islamic Development Bank, Jeddah.
The reception ceremony was graced by His Excellency the Director of the Institute, Professor Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Naim, and His Excellency Professor Dr. Qadri Mari, Director of the Professor Yusuf Al-Khalifa Abu Bakr Institute for Writing the Languages of Islamic Peoples in the Arabic Letter, in addition to a generous group of members of the International University of Africa family, and the experts and employees of the Khartoum International Institute for the Arabic Language.
This activity is a continuation of a previous effort made by the Institute in this field and a prelude to lexicographic projects for four languages that it will present in the Arabic alphabet during the next financial cycle, God willing.
His Excellency the Ambassador of the Federal State of Nigeria visits the Khartoum International Institute of the Arabic Language
On Wednesday, October 5, 2022, His Excellency Mr. Safi Olaniyan, Ambassador of the Republic of Nigeria to Khartoum, recorded a visit to the Khartoum International Institute for the Arabic Language, and he was received by His Excellency Professor Dr. Ali Abdullah Elnaiem, Director of the Institute.
The visit comes within the framework of strengthening the existing cooperation between the Institute (representing ALECSO) and the Republic of Nigeria. We note that the Institute has been receiving Nigerian students since its founding in 1974. 136 students have graduated from Nigeria with a master’s degree in Arabic language teaching and 279 students with a bachelor’s degree. Some of the institute’s graduates have established Arabic language teaching centers in a number of Nigerian states.
His Excellency the Ambassador asked to convey his greetings and appreciation to His Excellency the Director General of the Organization, Professor Dr. Mohamed Ould Omar, for the scholarships that the Organization provides to Nigerian students. It was agreed to activate training courses for teachers and diplomats from Nigeria.
مدير المعهد يستقبل د. متوكل الفادني مدير
قرية اللغـــــات العالمية ولاية جوهور الماليزية
استقبل الأستاذ الدكتور علي عبد الله النعيم مدير معهد الخرطوم الدولي للغة العربية التابع للمنظمة العربية للتربية والثقافة والعلوم الألكسو بمقر المعهد بالخرطوم الدكتور متوكل الفادني مدير قرية اللغات العالمية بماليزيا، وهي مشروع مشترك بين الجامعة الإسلامية العالمية في ماليزيا ومؤسسة MS آسيا للخدمات التعليمية.
وقدم الضيف شرحاً لجهود القرية العالمية للغات في توطين تعليم اللغة العربية على طريقة الانغماس اللغوي بتوفير بيئة متكاملة في مدينة باقو بولاية جوهور الماليزية، وشكر معهد الخرطوم والألكسو بوصفهما بيت خبرة عربي قدم استشارات سابقة لمؤسسة MS آسيا وشارك معها في برامج تدريب المعلمين لدول شرق آسيا، وطلب مزيداً من التعاون مع المعهد والمنظمة في الخصوص، وتم الاتفاق على تطوير مذكرة التفاهم الموقعة بين الطرفين في العام 2015م.
الألكسو تشارك في الاحتفال باليوبيل الذهبي للمنظمة
العـــربية للتنمية الزراعــــية ويوم الزراعة العربي 2022
احتفلت المنظمة العربية للتنمية الزراعية اليوم 27 سبتمبر 2022 باليوبيل الذهبي للمنظمة وبيوم الزراعة العربي للعام 2022، وذلك بمقرها بالخرطوم جمهورية السودان، وسط مشاركة كبيرة من ممثلي الدول العربية والمنظمات العربية المتخصصة، ومشاركة الأمانة العامة للجامعة العربية ممثلة في الأستاذ محمد خير عبد القادر مدير إدارة المنظمات. وقد أطلقت المنظمة البرنامج العربي لاستدامة الأمن الغذائي، بحضور وزراء الزراعة العرب المشاركين في الاحتفال وحضور معالي المدير العام للمنظمة الأستاذ الدكتور إبراهيم الدخيري، ومثَّل الألكسو حضوراً في الاحتفال نيابة عن معالي المدير العام الأستاذ الدكتور محمد ولد أعمر ، الأستاذ الدكتور علي عبد الله النعيم مدير معهد الخرطوم ، والأستاذ أمين الدهماني من إدارة العلوم والبحث العلمي.
إنعقاد المجلس العلمي للمعهد رقم (3/2022)
انعقد اليوم الاثنين 30 أغسطس 2022 المجلس العلمي لمعهد الخرطوم الدولي للغة العربية، وأجاز في جلسته (3/2022) نتائج الامتحانات، كما منح الدرجات العلمية (الدبلوم العالي، الماجستير والدكتوارة) للدارسين الذين أكملوا المطلوبات العلمية للبرامج المذكورة.
أشاد المجلس بالمجهود الذي تقوم به إدارة المعهد وأمانة الشؤون العلمية في تنظيم الامتحانات وإعداد نتائجها.
سعادة سفير إندونيسيا يزور معهد الخرطوم الدولي للغة العربية
سجل سعادة سفير إندونيسيا بالخرطوم السيد/ سوناركو يوم الأحد 14 أغسطس 2022 زيارة رسمية لمعهد الخرطوم الدولي للغة العربية، وكان في استقباله سعادة الأستاذ الدكتور علي عبد الله النعيم مدير المعهد، وتهدف الزيارة إلى تعزيز التعاون بين معهد الخرطوم الدولي للغة العربية التابع للمنظمة العربية للتربية والثقافة والعلوم (الألكسو) ومؤسسات التعليم العالي بإندونيسيا خصوصاً في مجال تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها.
رحب سعادة البروفيسور علي النعيم مدير المعهد بسعادة السفير شاكراً للحكومة الإندونيسية اهتمامها بالمعهد كما أثنى على الطلاب الإندونسيين ممتدحاً جديتهم في طلب العربية وتفوقهم الأكاديمي وحسن أخلاقهم.
عبر سعادة السفير عن شكره للمنظمة العربية للتربية والثقافة والعلوم ممثلة في معهد الخرطوم الدولي للغة العربية على الاهتمام الكبير الذي توليه للطلاب الإندونسيين ، وعلى المنح الدراسية التي تقدمها للطلاب والطالبات من جمهورية إندونيسا، وأن المعهد قد خرج أكثر من 200 دارس إندونيسي بمختلف الدرجات العلمية، يعمل معظمهم في وظائف قيادية بالجامعات والمؤسسات الأخرى.
في ختام اللقاء تم الاتفاق على تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي الإندونيسي مع المعهد في مختلف البرامج والدورات التدريبية ونشر اللغة العربية.
الألكســـــو تصـــدر العدد الذهبي (العدد 50)
من المجلـــــة العربيــة للدراســات اللغويـــة
صدر عن المنظمة العربية للتربية والثقافة والعلوم- معهد الخرطوم الدولي للغة العربية- العدد الخمسون من المجلة العربية للدراسات اللغوية، وهي دورية محكّمة صدر العدد الأول منها في أغسطس من العام 1982، واحتفلت هيئة تحرير المجلة بصدور العدد الذهبي للمجلة في 30 يونيو 2022م.
وقد صدَّر معالي المدير العام للمنظمة الأستاذ الدكتور محمد ولد أعمر العدد بكلمة افتتاحية جاء فيها: يسعدني ويشرّفني أنْ أقدم العدد الذهبي (العدد 50) من المجلة العربية العربية للدراسات اللغوية، إحدى مجلات الألكسو المتميزة، ومنذ صدور العدد الأول للمجلة في أغسطس 1982 وحتى صدور هذا العدد في يونيو 2022 تعاقبت أجيال من الباحثين والعلماء والقرّاء في الإفادة من المجلة في الوطن العربي وخارجه”.
تزامن مع صدور هذا العدد صدور الدليل الببلوغرافي لموضوعات المجلة بالأعداد (1-50) في الفترة من 1982 وحتى يونيو 2022م.
واختيرت موضوعات هذا العدد الذهبي من الموضوعات المنشورة في المجلة طوال الأربعين عاماً الماضية، وفق قائمة المحتويات التالية:

طالبة صينية تفوز بثاني أكبر جائزة لترجمة الرواية العربية القصيرة في الصين:
حصلت الطالبة الصينية تنغ تنغ (هيفاء) على ثاني أكبر جائزة للترجمة العربية في الصين في دورتها الثانية (جائزة اللجنة الكبرى)، والتي تنظمها لجنة الدراسات للأدب العربي التابعة للجنة الآداب الأدبية ، دار النشر ووجهو.
هذا وقد قامت لجنة الجائزة بمنح شهادة تقديرية لمعهد الخرطوم الدولي للغة العربية الذي تنتسب إليه المتسابقة، قدمها لمدير المعهد الملحق الثقافي الصيني السيد/ لا يجيان تاو.
