Conclusion:
As mentioned by Asmah (1994:4)in -LSP : In general,
the first impression one gets is that each type of service or
profession has its own way of jargon and its own way of
putting communication. However, "it is only through
research the details of the needs can be identified." Among
the needs of the course are: Language learning objectives,
types of skills required, levels of proficiency to be attained,
educational backgrounds of participants, etc. Therefore, one
should consider all these areas. But " The needs survey will
first of all result in a list of domains that require ..." and that
is exactly what this study is trying to address.
