Abstract
Teacher is one of the most crucial factors leads to the
success in teaching and learning process beside syllabus,
methodology etc. This study aimed to discuss the importance
of building the personality of expert and creative teacher.
This study adopted a descriptive inductive research
methodology. Literature review was carried out to gather
information on teaching skills, creativity in teaching and
characteristics of a creative teacher in order to emphasize on
the importance of building this kind of teacher personalityin
order toplay his role effectively in the teaching process.
